Meet Raygan Dentistry’s Doctors

Throughout the years, Dr. Raygan has been blessed by amazing patients and colleges. He has not only continued caring for the original office but has also expanded the officed and welcomed a total of 3 existing practices into his own. We are blessed beyond measure and truly our patients are the best part. Below are a few familiar and new faces of the treating doctors within our practice.

Dr. Bobby Raygan

Dr. Raygan is passionate about bettering the smiles, and the lives, of those in his community. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from UAB in 1990. Dr. Raygan works hard to serve the community he has lived in his entire life. Dr. Raygan purposefully built his practice around his faith, which he is thankful that he gets to share with his patients. His favorite thing about dentistry isn’t just the work he does, but he loves the opportunity to work with his team to better the dental health of each patient. When he isn’t doing dental work or serving his community, Dr. Raygan enjoys hunting, worshipping with his church, and traveling with his wife Traci, and their children—Lindsey (Damien) and Carson (Reagan) and their 3 grandchildren.

Dr. Susanna Pischek

Dr. Pischek grew up on the Alabama Gulf Coast and is a graduate of UAB School of Dentistry where she completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2013. She is happily married to Dr. Michael Kase (Maxillofacial Prosthodontist at UAB Kirklin Clinic).They are proud parents of 4 beautiful girls and are happy to call Birmingham home. Her family is from Argentina; she and her family speak Spanish fluently. Dr. Pischek desires to establish sound, strong patient relationships while providing effective and comprehensive dental treatment. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, daughters, and friends participating in running events, swimming, hiking, traveling, and cooking.

Dr. Holli Lemons

Dr. Lemons grew up in Springville, AL and attended Samford University where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from UAB School of Dentistry. Her faith is the foundation of both her personal life and her approach to patient care. It inspires her to serve others with compassion, integrity, and excellence. Whether helping someone maintain a healthy smile or restoring confidence through treatment, Dr. Lemons enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and creating positive dental experiences. She is committed to providing personalized, high-quality care while helping every patient feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Lemons enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, working out, going for walks, and exploring local coffee shops. She looks forward to getting to know each of her patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Dr. Will Maitre

Dr. Will Maitre was born and raised in Mobile before heading north to the University of Alabama for his undergraduate education and completing his dental degree at UAB School of Dentistry. He went on to complete his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at The Foundry Dental Center in Bessemer, AL, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive restorative care and dental implants. Dr. Maitre is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care to his patients and stays current through continuing education in areas including implant prosthetics and advanced restorative techniques. Outside of the office, Will is an avid outdoorsman with a particular passion for turkey hunting — having chased birds across the Southeast and well beyond Alabama’s borders. He also enjoys fishing and spending time in God’s creation. Grounded in his faith, Will lives in Tuscaloosa with his wife, AnnaMarie, and the two are eagerly expecting their first child together.
